Who Will You Send To?
Before you put together and mail your Operation: Winchester care package, read over the information at AnySoldier.com.

Next comes the hard part -- choosing where to send your Operation: Winchester package. Spend some time looking through the lists of troops requesting items. You can send to any of the nearly 4,000 contacts, with one caveat -- Important: choose a contact that specifically asks for DVDs, or mentions having access to a DVD player. Some troops don't even have reliable electricity, and we don't want to disappoint anyone by sending them things they can't use.

Other than that, it's up to you. You might decide to send your package to a contact person who represents a larger number of troops, or choose one that hasn't had many requests (i.e., people asking for the complete address so they can send a package), or look for a group that originates from your home state. You can pick a contact from all five branches of the US military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard), and you can choose based on where the contact is located. You can choose to send to a female (just indicate "Any Female Soldier" on the outside of the box.) You can send Operation: Winchester packages to as many contacts as you like.

If you plan to send to more than one, keep in mind that you may only request information from two contacts per day.

If you can't send a package but want to help support a worthy cause, please consider donating to AnySoldier.com
